I am an older retired lady. Dr wants me to lose weight and do more exercise. I have been on Atkins since March 29 and I have lost 21 pounds. It has been good to me and I feel a lot better. I have three grown kids and 3 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. I love to golf and take the g kids to Silver Dollar City. This summer has been fun. My husband and I just celebrated our 50th in April.
