Low carb lifestyle is for me. I started out "doing Atkins", but the difference in the way I feel is SO remarkable, that I can't envision going back to the toxic eating pattern I've lived for so long. Yes, I miss a lot of those foods, but it really isn't a struggle to pass them up most of the time.
I will be 60 this year, and currently take no medication at all. I want to drop the excess pounds, so that I can continue to live this way.
My big issue is getting more exercise. There are so many things I enjoy doing that simply do not lend themselves to a lot of movement. I am working on finding the motivation to carve out at least a few minutes a day to get the body in motion.

Stubborn Fat
Belly fat is a sign of insulin resistance. Cut way back on carbs, and the insulin levels will drop.

Serving Sized
That's an annoying part of this site. You have to click on the ingredient and expand it to see the serving size. There are many flaws here, and IMHO, this is one of the most annoying.
