When I was in my 20's I was super fit, I walked, jogged, did aerobics, you name it. I could eat anything I wanted whenever I wanted.
When I turned 30 things started to change, unfortunately I ended up having 3 surgeries in 6 years that left me out of shape. After each one I would start exercising again only to be hit with something different. I got to the point where I didn't like what I saw or how I felt.
A friend told me about this site so here I am. I am determined to get back to a healthy weight no matter how long it takes to get there. I am learning this is a journey and a life style not a quick fix.
I am a wife of 15 years and a preschool teacher. I have many nieces and nephews that I love to spoil. I love to read, scrapbook and do lot's of crafts. I have also start sewing again, mostly making things as gifts for my family. My favorite way of working out is walking. Now I have taken up jogging and have started entering some races to motivate me.
