This is it!!! Ok that's what the scale said in the morning & I'm almost at -60 pounds!!!! The strength training is really working for me!!! That and not eating cheese probably! I checked my weight twice!!!!
153.9 lb Lost so far: 84.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent Job!!!!! I you what ypu mean about not eating cheese!!! I am WORST with dairy products then anything else on calories! !!! I KNOW I am not short on calcium!!!!
