Good-Bye Fat Kid. He is gone now and this Great looking guy has appeared. I am 50 retired from Army after 20 years, and just wanted to get back into fighting shape. Growing up I was always the fat kid and even when I joined the Army I still always seen myself as the fat guy, I have been as low as 185lbs but felt sick and as high as 272lbs and did'nt feel good about that either. so I am just trying to get where I feel and look good not that I don't now - 200-210 is a good weight for my build, I don't care what all the BMI's say if I weighted a 177lbs for my frame I would look like a bag of bones. I also enjoy baseball if you can't tell and cruising my motorcycle and driving my muscle car, Life everyone must live it to the fullest and you can't do that if you can't move. Go Rockies this is your year world series or bust

I thought it was a great article myself and it sounds like you are doing great just stick with and believe me one day you will have that wow moment and think I look great. Isnt it amazing that a lot of shops charge more for larger sizes. I went from an 37-38 waist and now I am 33-34 it took me forever to start buying smaller sizes.
