Hi, everyone. My name is Snežana or Cнeжaнa, on English that's Snow white. I'm 31 years old and it's about time I start taking care of myself.
I had elevated blood pressure and cholesterol but now with the help of Fat Secret I have eliminated those problems.
My new goal is not to be overweight anymore.

how has this journey affected you life besides weight loss?
I am feeling awesome. My blood pressure and cholesterol are normal now, I have much more energy and I think I look great. I noticed that next to often headaches I got because of my blood pressure I also couldn't cut my toenails as easily as I once could also all my clothes started to get tight so it was time for a change.

Offer yourself chopped up fresh veggies without any condiments. If the thought of that isn't appealing at all then you are not hungry, you just want to munch on something sweet or salty. I just keep myself busy or drink unsweetened tea which will make you feel full. If you are a woman and on PMS maybe you're just lacking magnesium.

Can't go to home page, only "My FatSecret"?
I have bookmarked the main fatsecret page, it just says error when I go on it, it's either a glitch or they ditched the main page.

How much
I read an article that says to deduct 110 from your height in centimeters so your ideal model weight would be 54 kg but if you're older then 40 then it's OK to be 64 kg in your case, so deduct only 100. It all depends from person to person, that's just the formula that some people use.
