Hi, everyone. My name is Snežana or Cнeжaнa, on English that's Snow white. I'm 30 years old and it's about time I start taking care of myself.
I had elevated blood pressure and cholesterol but now with the help of Fat Secret I have eliminated those problems.
My new goal is not to be overweight anymore.
I'm sure I'll make it this time :-)

Pregnancy and weight
Congratulations first of all. I would stay away from too much junk food, you don't want to gain too much weight and it's not healthy anyway. I was never pregnant but my sister gained 66 lbs because she felt that she doesn't have to watch her figure for the first time in her life. Then her doctor put her on a diet even though she was pregnant.

ideal jean size
My ideal jeans size will be the one that fits me when I get to my goal weight. Don't know yet what size that will be. Now I need a belt for the jeans that when I was at my heaviest weight I could only get up to my knees. Now that's a great feeling.

70% Diet and 30% Exercise is what I have always been told
Well thank you Pam for the shout-out Smile I'm just looking to eat healthy most of the time and occasionally eat some junk food so I don't feel deprived. Exercise really helps to create a good calorie deficit so I am active 7 days a week.

possible to split Snacks in two or three: Morning Snacks, Afternoon Snacks and Night Snacks?
No, it's not possible. It doesn't matter anyway since your body knows the truth.

How does this diet look?
Well that's just one big sandwich, a piece of fruit and cheese. The calories are right but it will be difficult for you to go trough with this diet in the long run. You will need more variety and some snacks if you don't want to feel deprived.
