1300 calorie diet, daily exercise and no weight loss
It's true and most people do overanalyze. After that it's a matter of nutrition. How much of my diet do I want with nutritious foods instead of junk it what needs to be thought out.

I am re-starting P90X Classic tomorrow. Any suggestions or twists I can add to make it more effective?

PX90 and step training
I am combining a lower than normal (what is normal?) carb diet with PX90 and added step exercises with dumbells. Anyone have any suggestions on what has worked for them to speed up their metabolism.
