I am done for awhile folks! Chalk another win to Diablo360x and his girl Rosio19. I am a stress eater and I have already eaten more than I should have today. I am going offline for a while to chill out and calm down and get back on track. I can't believe the audacity some people have and truly believe they know more than actual real-life Physicians.

D is a machine, even for a lifter he has a tight range; no comparison, thus diet/life is different for him. Don't sweat it, he has to sweat 2 hours every day to burn the calories he ingests. Some Dr's say fast burn is healthy, others say it ages you. I say look at yourself, do you like it? That's reality at the end of the day.

What??? This is your journey, you are working on your health, we don't have to take others opinion personally. To be honest I get mad when someone suggests that I am underweight, just because the numbers on my scale, but I know my body and I am not going to stop working for "my dreamed abs" only because they don't agree with my weight, people can be underweight even at 140 pounds, it depends on your gender, height.

I am sorry you are leaving for a while, but I know you will keep to your plan. It is a shame that some people have no class on here. This kind of bullying should not be allowed and I am tired of it too. Take care of yourself that is the most important thing and you have been steadfast in trying to help others discover ways to heal by hearing your own success story.

Look in the mirror. Only you are control of your thoughts and actions. That's it. PERIOD. As soon as you see a comment you don't like. Delete it and move on. Your journey, your rules. You are not my FS buddy but I don't mind sharing this with you because it is the only way. I took a peek at your weight loss and you are doing what works for you so you have nothing to prove to ANYONE. Good for you! Good luck with your decision and never forget, you are the common denominator in your life.

Hope you come back soon. Some people think they're giving advice when they're really just being condescending jerks. Just because they've achieved success in weight loss doesn't mean they're good at communicating that to other people, and you need to communicate well to help people. Take care of yourself.

Never let others live inside your head. They don't pay rent, so they shouldn't live there. Learn to shrug it off, because if not I can garuntee you that you will be the only one in conflict that will suffer as they move on. It took me a while to get here, and I still need to talk myself off the ledge, but so worth it. Both arguments have valid points and I personally gained by carefully reading each case. As was stated above his metabolism and how he sheds calories is way different than yours. Regardless of which camp someone champions, one can always substantiate their claim and even footnote them. Now, suck it up, get off the couch, lay down the twinky and get back in the game. You can't blame anyone else for your stress eating. Best regards Adamevegod1

Sorry to hear that you are leaving! You are doing so well and you don't have to listen to what anyone else says - there are ALWAYS going to be people who want to put you down but you should decide not to listen to them because they aren't worth it. And please take a look at all the people that do support you because they ARE worth listening to and support really helps. Take care and come back soon so we can be inspired by what you are doing for yourself!

I see folks here headed for disease and failure. Can be tempting to tap them on the shoulder and explain to them why this is, but I think some genuinely need to reach failure themselves before they are able to understand. With that you can take it more easy, and just enjoy the company of people who understand, and let others reach their failure point. When they do, it may be worth while giving them some attention, so they can recover in less time that we spent learning about the better ways.
