Grew up in a bread, milk and potato country. Have since learned about Ketogenic Lifestyle and Intermittent Fasting, and feel grateful!

Lost most of my weight by doing one meal a day. I now limit fasting to max 18 hours. Eat mostly fatty meat to build health.

I'd say;
1. Get digestion and intestines squeaky clean.
2. Do fresh natural fat as fuel source, with vegetables.
3. Cook and eat as those who lived before the industrial revolution.
