I so love my food choices! I am celebrating and eating my Spaghetti Squash Casserole. Love it! Chicken, Ground Beef, Bacon, Shredded Cheese, Cream Cheese, Onion and of course Spaghetti Squash.

Funny is that these to me are my 'cheat days'. Not the same ole eggs and bacon, or ground beef with LC gravy over romaine..
