Vitamin Nutrient deficiencies?
Have any of you experienced vitamin or nutrient deficiencies after dieting for a while? I've recently noticed a couple things (ridges on my toenails, little random bruises on my legs) and just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience. Neither of those are normal for me. Started taking multi vitimin regularly now, so hopefully that will solve it.
