Patience responding to your comment about the potassium issue and the cassava cake Im a little confused about what you said about not coming unstuck. Not sure what you meant. That being said, if you were trying to say that natural foods shouldn’t be a problemt —- that is a dangerously wrong answer. If a person has severe kidney disease, kidney failure, on dialysis, etc, potassium can KILL them and is often a suicide method of choice for dialysis patients. Many, many foods have high potassium contents but especially fruit, but lots of other things as well. THERE ARE TWO THINGS IN THIS WORLD THAT WILL KILL YOU VERY QUICKLY— ONE IS A HIGH POTASSIUM AND THE OTHER IS A LOW POTASSIUM. that is why in my world I will never recommend a WOE program that I believe has a risk of severely screwing up your electrolytes. Especially to people who are not being followed by a physician. And not to anyone who I don’t think is going to try to learn a little bit about their choice of WOE. ALSO NOT TO ANYONE WITH SIGNIFICANT MEDICAL ISSUE or take meds for heart disease, diabetes, cancer, etc.

Cassava cake (Filipino style) nutrients
If you have medical issues, I would suggest not using the FS database or member recipes to track things like potassium. There are lots of errors. Once stuff gets entered in the database, it is often very hard to correct—so the info just gets orphaned and left as is.

Bloated
Actually oats are naturally gluten free. If you have true Celiac disease you just have to make sure that the factory that processes the oats does not also process wheat, in that circumstance you need to look for that “gluten free” designation . Otherwise oats are typically ok for most people.

Two times a day workout
I swim every morning for about two hours. I am not on a wt. loss program, I do it for fun and good positive mental health.. I walk most days after dinner because it helps your body use the carbs you have just eaten and for BS regulation. I am also not diabetic. Time and distance and speed depends on whether I am by myself or go with friends. Just a good way to end a day.
