Better without the oil.
This is a fantastic snack - and remember the oil is optional. I personally prefer it without the oil.
I love chickpeas. This sounds amazing. I think I'll try this tonight!
I couldn't stop picking them out of the pan while they were cooking! YUMMY!!!
What are the points per serving? Am I missing the points listing somewhere?

Did the same thing in the microwave. Sprayed the chickpeas with oil (a little) and baked them for 15-30 mins.

These are GREAT. I used the 1/2 tsp. of olive oil and sprinkled jalapeno salt on them. YUMO!!!!!!! I think it comes out to 2 pts. per 1/2 cup serv. I tried to figure the ingredients on the Pointsfinder. Right or wrong???
