I used balsamic vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar it came out great with the glaze it made on the kale.

This recipe is very easy, quick, and really good. I flavor the kale with curry powder. I was also thinking about flavoring it with Adobo or other seasonings. I love it.

I really liked these - next time I will use as little oil as possible and go easier on the salt! Will use more vinegar as well...almost like sea salt/vinegar chips, yumm

I make these and love them, but I don't use the apple cider vinegar. Why do you use it? Just interested in trying it your way!

I love these! I do them at 400°F for 12 minutes, no flipping, but they come out light and crispy. Plus, a GREAT source of nutrition.
