This recipe is good for Atkins but the taste is terrible. I've made a lot of kale chips over the years, including this exact recipe, and they never are worth the effort.

I think everything is worth a try they do have an interesting taste But I love it! totally worth the effort especially when your craving something crunchy and you don't want those gross low carb chips or crackers, plus this is totally healthy for you! no additives or preservatives!

I love these! I do them at 400°F for 12 minutes, no flipping, but they come out light and crispy. Plus, a GREAT source of nutrition.

I make these and love them, but I don't use the apple cider vinegar. Why do you use it? Just interested in trying it your way!
I really liked these - next time I will use as little oil as possible and go easier on the salt! Will use more vinegar as well...almost like sea salt/vinegar chips, yumm

This recipe is very easy, quick, and really good. I flavor the kale with curry powder. I was also thinking about flavoring it with Adobo or other seasonings. I love it.
