Hi, I'm Janice, a 36 year old wife to Tom and mom of 4. I current work 12 hour night shifts in the Open Heart unit at CMC hospital as an RN. I love my job, but definitely feel that the weekly change in my sleep patterns affect my ability to lose weight.

I actually started this diet in January, but didn't start on Fat Secret until February. My total weight loss so far is 15 pounds. I really would like to lose the last 20 tho.

I'm hoping to get back on track. I was doing great and some family issues happened, so now I"m trying to get my head clear and get back to the plan!

Thanks to some GREAT friends ( you know who you are :-) ~~ ), the support is there for me to do well!
