I'm Melisa I live in Ontario and I'm a WAHM of 4. I have been doing this weight loss dance since I can remember, and I'm tired of it. I have decided to to give it one more go 110% effort. I don't want to be on a diet for the rest of my life. I want to be a good role model to all my beautiful babies. I want to be able to show my girls and my boys positive body image messages and I don't think I can do that always being on a diet. I have always been on the bigger side so I don't expect to be a skinny mini but a slimmer me would be amazing! I'm an overall healthy person and losing some extra weight can only help my health so thats where I am today.

I love my family, sewing, photography, and enjoying nature. I'm always up for new buddies so if you need some encouragement and just someone to talk to add me as a buddy.

Atkin buddies- induction phase support wanted
Hey Everyone, I just started my induction phase last week. I have done atkins before and lost 60 pounds but gained it back when I met my husband and got pregnant but I'm back on track!! I have lost 9 pounds since June 26 when I started. Buddies would be awesome for moral support!! I love having people to share my wins and losses with. Also I started a challenge the will begins tomorrow wanting to lose 50 pounds by October come join the 50lbs down by October challenge!! Add me as a buddy too!

Starting over
Hiya!! I'm 28 and have been Yo Yo dieting for ever it seems!! I lost 60 pounds before I met my husband then gained, then got pregnant and gained more!! I have lost my baby weight and now I'm working on the rest of the chub lol. I would love to find a buddy or two to help keep me motivated and someone I can keep motivated too. I am 5'1 and have about 140 pounds to lose. It's a big goal but I know I can do it! Anyways any buddies would be awesome!!

Pounds are melting off-Pantry Diet
seems like a scam I went to the site and it give no information on the "Diet". basically it's like you sign up and they send you a "personalized" food plan. No information about the diet until you pay for the membership and there are no reviews on it. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plus everything from your pantry is canned or dried and mostly filled with preservatives, sugars and salt it can't be healthy living off of only canned food, fresh is the way to go more expensive yeah but way better for you and better tasting. SCAM!! and if not a scam totally Unhealthy!

Slim Fast Shakes!
DON"T USE SLIM FAST!!!! or any other meal replacement drink for that matter, they are very unhealthy and processed!! eat healthy, If you want something quick and easy make ur own shake, mix it ahead of time and freeze it take it out in the morning and it will be perfect in the afternoon. or take 10 minutes to do it in the morning with fresh fruit and some good protein powder. but think Fresh......something that will go bad if left out all night lol lol
