Bean Salad

A tasty bean salad that's great for a barbecue.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked barley, rice, black beans, kidney beans, corn, onions, red bell pepper and cilantro. Mix well.
  2. To make dressing in a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and black pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
