I'm 31 years young, living for the most part my dream. I have a beautiful little boy and absolutely gorgeous boyfriend. I adore them both. I gained weight with pregnancy (yeah,yeah, isn't that what they all say? lol) but haven't been able to lose it since. That was almost five years ago, so I suppose I can't really blame it on that any longer. I could blame my parents too, but they didn't shove the food in my mouth. So, having ruled out all other outside forces, the only person responsible for my gain is me. Using that, the only logical conclusion I can come to is that the only person responsible for my weight loss will be me as well. So here I am. I found the app on my phone when I was looking for something to help me keep track, and how perfect is that, as I carry my phone with me everywhere! I love that it syncs with this site, so I can enter my information either place and know that I'm updated always. I also downloaded a great app that gives me motivational phrases, which is such a help during those days when "I just don't wanna..." But it's time. I'm ready to be the person on the outside that I've always been on the inside.
