I haven't found any Atkins recipes here, but I DID discover that you can put the totals in per serving for things that you add to the tracker - THEN you could even label it Atkins and search for things that way. Send me a note if you need some help with that - it took me a while to figure it out myself...

Recovering from tracheotomy - was down 10 - 4 weeks of diarrhea CDiff - overall loss is FINE!!!
