I have been a member of FatSecret US for several years now, but lately it won't let me log in so here I am! I have been retired for several years, enjoy growing my own veg, have started up a WI in my village this year, enjoy cooking my veg, socialising, computer and grandpeople. In 2012 I weighed 13.5 stones I now weigh 11.5, I went to Slimming World, lost weight, put it on again and went back to Slimming World etc etc, you've probably done it too. I can't manage without the food diary on here but sometimes I don't have time to fill it in and if I go out for a 'ladies what lunch lunch' then I start again the next day watching what I eat. You can't lose weight unless you move more and eat less- I really do try this but as long as I don't put any back on I feel ok about myself.
