Goal Weight:145.0 lb
following: Atkins
performance: gaining 0.3 lb a week

I've allowed myself, through stress and putting myself last, to regain 60 of the 85 lbs I had lost previously. I'm back to putting myself in the mix, relearning to make taking care of myself a priority but it's a work in progress. This picture was in Jan 2013 at a Color Run 5K. I was about 196 lbs. By my birthday in mid-July, I want to be down to 155 or less. I was most comfortable in my skin at 140-145 so I figure that's a good point to aim for and then tweak it from there. I'm mom of 2 grown men (20 and 21) and new grandma of a beautiful girl. Lovin' life every day and it only gets better...

Mini Goal 1: 173 lbs - met 4/7/13
Mini Goal 2: 163 lbs
Mini Goal 3: 155 lbs
Mini Goal 4: 145 lbs
Target Goal?: 135 lbs

Induction Time
I'm restarting too Smile Glad the first few days include a holiday and a weekend...My day 3 and 4 are always pretty sucky with the sugar/carb withdrawals...Then day 5 and I'm better. Can't wait to get on with it Smile

Carbs
Very welcome Diane Smile I know I had some frustration until I figured out the change!

Carbs
Also in your settings there's an option to show net carbs. Otherwise it shows the total and it's misleading.

Help on food sources that are low fat and carb and high protein for a Vegan
If you eat eggs, try a 2-egg omelette with lots of veg (pre-sauteed zucchini/yellow squash, broccoli, etc) and a little cheese. If you're looking for low-fat, you can always do shredded parm/romano for taste without a lot of fat. I find a little cheese makes it more satisfying.

I also do a variation where I make an "egg-bake" and throw basically everything into it. I use a 13x9 pan and about 12 eggs made up like scrambled eggs (spray the pan though) and then throw all sorts of veg and some cheese in, let it bake about 20-25 mins on 375. The top will look a little golden but poke it to test for doneness. I bring this for our office happy birthday breakfasts and everyone likes it.
