I think it's great if it's just one special thing and you're close. I have a pair of pants that are close and I hung them up on the back of my door so I can see them as a visual reminder. On the other hand, a closet full of clothes that are from a past life; fashion moves on, so should you. Let them go, either donate them or put them up for sale on a site like poshmark and buy new clothes with the money you make.

Back to Basics for Me - Write it Down, Move My Butt!
I thought working from home was going to be the golden ticket to losing for me. Truth is, I am eating better overall, but I been sitting at my desk just as long as I did when I was in an office. Even longer some days. Net result is a slow gain over the past two months. I have been walking the three miles to the dog park most days, I guess I need to add strength training and maybe jog a little.

Spaghetti Sauce
trader joe's low fat marinara has 10 or 12 carbs per serving and tastes good (the one in the green can). thin it with some real tomatoes and lower carbs even more. most sauces have a lot of sugar in them, this one's not so bad which is why the carbs are relatively low compared to other prepared brands.

Im new to this and wow i didnt come near the low carbs today :(
i slice jicama up thin and eat with guac (smashed avocado and tomato) like it's chips.
