Nothing interesting. Just another somebody trying to lose some necessary weight and maintain relatively good health. Now my THIRD time around on Atkins. I lost 60lbs back in 2006 & 2007 and gained 15 back in 2008, lost it, and gained the 15 back again by Feb 2010. It's now 2013 and I'm gained 20 of the 60 lbs back so I'm getting back on track and working toward lifetime maintenance.

This journey is not ONLY about food...It's about personal SELF-discipline! I'm a sugar-a-holic and night time eater so those are my 2 greatest challenges.

Glycemic Index
How does the index affect my Atkins diet? I know that I should be eating low index items, but that's the extent of my knowledge.
