Well, I am a single mom of 3. I struggle daily with making smart food choices. I do well most of the time but every now and then I give in to temptation which sends me spiraling out of control for a few days. I weigh in daily to make sure I don't gain too much. I have made it within 15lbs of my goal but never any closer than that. I am really wanting to get serious and finally accomplish reaching my goal weight of 140lbs. I have not exercised in over a year and plan on starting this coming week. I think that is the key to making some headway. Then the junk food binge here and there won't hurt so much. That's about it. Wish me luck!
