I am a wife and mother of three grown children and one grandchild who will be starting high school in the fall. All my life I battled my weight and I did well until I hit my 40's. I guess I just got tired of the constant exercising and dieting and I let myself go.
After a successful run of weight loss last summer (actually went down to a size 12). I started to put on weight again this fall and winter.
Thankfully, I am not all the way back to where I started but I am SQUEEZING back in my size 14's and I don't like the feeling of 'grogginess' when I wake in the morning.
I'm hoping for the best!
So here goes, I'm starting back to where I was the most successful and hitting it again.
