Things I've learned on this journey -
Just keep swimming....if ya sit down ya won't get up
Sometimes you won't reach your goals, but you will be better off trying
Try the heavier weight...you can always put it down
Sometimes I need someone to tell me what to do..and that is OK as long as I do it
As a mom, I find it useful to be able to bench-press my child ;)
