Good day, I have a question, a conundrum of sorts
Any time I want to interject and help someone else... I take a deep breath - ask for help from a higher power- then proceed with respect in my tone and words... and a "do unto others as I would want to be done unto me" Kindly ...I usually find the words to help. Sometimes not...and sometimes not how I think I helped...but at least I tried.

And with my teenage kiddos, I noticed....if I listened to them...and waited for them to finish saying whatever they had to say...they usually asked me for advice...and listened when I gave what I had to give them...

My best to you on your quest! That's I hard one...yet the question of how to help others is sooooooo worthwhile.

New Challenges
My best to you. I only do well when I concentrate on what I can do NOW - TODAY. Baby steps...Baby steps...Baby steps!

When I started 3 years ago, I could only do "Chair Yoga" because of my weight and inflexibility. Now .......I do a full yoga practice- floor [35 to 40 mins] 5-7 times a week and Balance and weight workouts 4 times a week. But for me, it has been a very slow progression for weight loss and exercise ability.

In this way...I have come to feel that it is a true lifestyle change.
