How do I eat more calories without eating more carbs etc?
Meats have calories and no carbs, unless they are cooked with a coating or some type of sauce...A steak or ground beef is good. Eggs are good. Go to a Keto recipe site. One I just found that I love is Gnom-gnom.com. She has tons of low carb/keto recipes.

Is there any way to find logs from 2+ years ago?
Go to your weight history on the right side of page.
Then on the left side of the page should be your entries.
Go to the bottom of them and click on 'show hidden history'
That should bring up all you weigh in history. Then just click on the date you want to look at. Let me know if that doesn't make sense to you.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'3" 71yrs. CW 198.. GW 140.. but I'm having a terrible time staying under 200lb.

bullet proof coffee
Eating low fat has been drummed into us for years! Staying away from the carbs which turn into glucose in the body is the best thing we can do. Fat is wonderful to replace the carbs. No cravings..
