About this Group:

Anyone can join. Those with medical issues like diabetes, heart conditions, etc. must of course consult a physician before doing any 24 hour fast. Choose your own date. I decided to start this group as so many people keep falling off the diet wagon and this will help people focus on not eating and then during the rest of the week on eating properly according to their specific diet. This may help prevent constant cheating as it will help develop a regimen in one's diet where one must be strict with oneself, making the rest of the week seem easy if you can fast for 24 hours! For me Saturdays or Sundays will probably be the day I will do the fast each week. You decide what you want to do for you - it's up to each individual!

Day 7
I know this is 24 hours a week but I'm on day 7 of my 11 day fast. Experienced a 23 point drop in systolic blood pressure. Check my weight chart for the pounds lost as well, its pretty impressive. ...
