  1. Beat the egg with melted butter. Put on a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
  4. Let cool then remove from the mug. Slice into two pieces.
