New & I have a few questions!!
As for running,you can teach your body by doing walk-run intervals. and try fast pace walking for a week before you start intervals.
The best way to lose weight is eat balanced meals and avoid sweets.
Protein shakes are not necessary if you have a balanced diet.
There are no miracle cures for weight loss!!! A balanced diet is the best way to do this. And of course, portion control!!
Try logging every bite you eat. That should be a good start!

tu tentes de l'utiliser avec quel type d'appareil???? Il seat plus facile de t'aider avec un peu plus d'info. Mais je tiens à te dire d'avance que ce programme fonctionne pas super bien en français. J'ai de gros conflits de synchronisation et j'utilisle le Ipad et Iphone avec le site Américain. (Malheureusement j'aime pas la version Canadienne)

CSA Box puzzle of the week -- what would you make?
mandarin oranges could be used to serve with chicken or in salad,
Apples with pork, spinach with even baked omelet, kale for warm salad to serve with ham, all the other vegetables could be used to make stir-fry with any type of meat or sea food you like. Have fun

Home Gym Equipment HELP!!!!
I started off with a treadmill and then I added the elliptical and finished by getting a spin bike. I still have all three but don't use the bike as much as the 2 first but will not get rid of it!!! Try to keep space for Zumba or Taebo!!! They are fun exercises to do too and don't cost as much!!! Have fun!!!
