I'm 40, and I can't remember/count how many times I have had to start or should I say restart a weight loss program.
Over the years, I have lost 50 pounds twice, 40 pounds once, and 30 pounds once, 25 pounds, and 10 pounds the last time!
Each time however, I have regained the weight, and then some.
I am an emotional eater, and I have used food to make me feel happy.
Portion sizes, and fast food are my two big issues.
To achieve my goals, and to end the cycle of yo yo dieting I am trying to get a better understanding on why I eat the portion sizes I do.

Update March 14, 2015: starting over - worse point ever. 239.8 pounds on March 12, 2015, likely was higher than that a month ago - eating better and working out is my only option.
My goal is still 175 pounds - have to lose 65 pounds to get there.
