Unexpected ERROR Page
WHY do I keep being brought to the "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred" page??? Every time I try to put in my weight and journal entry, I get sent to that page; and it's been going on for at least a year! Is anyone else having this problem???

New to Ketogenic Diet and starting it today.
I've been looking into this since last November, after a friend tried to sell me her Keto OS "shakes". (Not shakes, but powder to mix with water.) I actually wanted to try it because of the energy and sleep benefits. I have 3 kids, and one is now a toddler, so I lack in sleep AND energy. However, my friend was drinking Keto OS to help with weight loss. I figured that would be a great bonus. I took a week's worth of samples, and noticed that I did have some weight loss AND increased energy....but I was also working out; so that may have helped a lot. I've since fallen off the wagon and was JUST NOW able to afford the drink mix. However, I fell off the band wagon and stopped working out. I've been sick off and on mainly because my kids get sick off and on...so my energy is really lacking now.

Anyway, that was just an intro. Sorry so long! What I'd like to know is if anyone has any tips or recommendations in regards to this "diet". I did most of my research online, but can't get on often enough because of my 2 year old. And tonight, I have to go to a *fancy* steakhouse dinner here in Texas. I'm worried I'll over eat or eat the wrong things. I know to stay away from carbs, but just as a reminder, what CAN and SHOULD I eat? (This fancy/expensive steakhouse tends to give you huge plates of food...starting with the sampler appetizer platter. Last year, I remember seeing sausage&cheese-stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon, stuffed mushrooms, some kind of shrimp...probably wrapped in bacon. lol And lots more.) PLEASE, help me with my "plan of action/attack" so I don't screw up on my FIRST day!

Want to start Clean Eating. Help lead me in the right direction please...
I'm still trying to understand what clean eating is. I think I'm getting it confused with a more strict diet. Would yogurt be out of the question, since it has sugar in it?

Want to start Clean Eating. Help lead me in the right direction please...
I want to start (or rather, attempt to) clean eating. I thought I'd give it a trial run. I know it's good for you in so many ways, but it's also going to be more difficult and probably more expensive for me (I have a husband and 3 kinds ages 7, 4, and 1. Husband isn't used to eating healthy; and kids eat everything, but are used to having snacks and stuff in the house thanks to husband and inlaws. lol)...which might hinder me from continuing it. However, I enjoy a challenge--especially if it's good for me.

For those who do this, how did you start? Do you have any tips, tricks, or easy meal plan ideas you wouldn't mind sharing? I'm not big on breakfast, so I usually do smoothies/shakes that are pretty healthy anyway. But for lunch and dinner, I'm not sure where to start. I think one of the main reasons I haven't started yet is because I hate the idea of making myself separate meals from my family. And smelling the meals I cook for them might break me down. lol Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What leg workouts can I do at home if I don't have access to a gym?
Thank you for sharing those links with me! I'll have to add them to my list of videos. I was getting tired of the ones I was already doing. Smile Just trying to figure out how to tone my legs again. I don't have a stair machine, or a leg press at home...so I have no idea what else to do besides squats and lunges. lol Do you know what other specific exercises would be good for the lower half?
