I'm a retired 66 y/o from upstate ny living here in sunny florida. I moved here 4 years ago in 2006. I have two grown kids and 5 grand chrildren. So life is good but my weight is 100 lbs more then what it should be. I know if i do not take it off it will soon effect my health. So when i found fatsecret I joined in hopes that all of you can help me stay on track.
