Delicious bread bowls filled with egg, bacon and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Cut the tops off the bread rolls about 1/2 inch wide.
- Hallow out the bread rolls making room for the additional ingredients.
- Add the raw egg, pieces of bacon to the center of the roll. Top with cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
- Add the tops to the baking sheet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

this was great put it in oven,took shower had breakfast when i was done beats having fast food and it was cheaper not to mention tasted really good

This was great. I didn't have the correct rolls, but I made do with whole wheat hamburger buns so my calorie count was a bit more, but I had the calories to do them that way. Next time I'll make sure I have right bread. Hubby loved it, I'm gonna experiment with cheeses and meats.

Really super tasty. Next time I will probably add a bit of salt and pepper. I needed to use smaller rolls I think.

a little bland, but I used egg whites only and fat free cheddar cheese, helped cut the calories and the fat...but it was tasty, I will remember to add green peppers or onions or something next time to enhance flavor, was good though
