Beef and Turkey Pepperoni Casserole
A Weight Watchers inspired Super Bowl Kickoff casserole.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook the noodles as directed. Rinse and drain.
- Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick spray. Cook mushrooms, bell pepper, onion over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add the spaghetti sauce, soup, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and the noodles. Spoon into the baking dish.
- Bake until hot, about 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheddar and remaining ingredients. Bake 5 minutes longer.

A favorite around my house! I use ground turkey breast instead of beef, Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, & reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese. It is such a comfort food taste-treat-delight!
