I need help with my over eating
I understand what you're going through. I was also a fast food addict because I didn't plan meals ahead of time, and I really don't like to cook.

Now, on Sunday, I cook a variety of meats on the grill or in the oven....then with the meat already cooked, I can easily put a salad or vegetable with it, and healthy dinner in less than 10 minutes. It gets me through the first few days of the week, and that carries me into better habits the remainder of the week.

It's okay to have a bad day once in just have to pick yourself up and get back on track. Getting thru the pitfalls successfully is just as important as having wins everyday. You can do this!

What was your turning point?
My bff and I are going on a cruise in November, and are both 75+ pounds we decided to join Weight Watchers together. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I've lost just under 10 pounds. Last week I only lost 1/2 pound, was depressed, and found FS when searching on the internet for "motivation".

I am so glad I did! Hearing everyone's own stories and successes are awesome!
