Guidelines:
We know we can't help ourselves during the Holidays, but we need to know when enough is enough. Enjoy that turkey on Thanksgiving, eat a slice of that Pie, have a glass of wine, but don't get up for 2nd's & 3rd's.

Guidelines:
The Holidays bring stress to a lot of people, which defeats the whole purpose of it. Relax and enjoy the time spent with your family. Make holiday cooking, cleaning & shopping fun activities if you have to do them, don't make it feel like a chore. Take time to breathe and calm yourself every chance you get.
