Hi! I'm a 55-year-old gal who's trying to stay alive! I want to improve my health and save my joints by losing fat. Plus, like any woman, I want to look nicer, wear stylish clothes, and be able to tie my shoes!
A few years back I had great success and dropped 65 lbs. I felt wonderful. I could do all sorts of activities and I felt free.
I re-gained that weight when I reacted to family tragedy by overeating potatoes, pasta, rice, sugar, bread, and all sorts of dreaded white flour foods. Also, to top that off, I took on a new job that wreaks havoc on my body. I now work graveyard shifts--my leptin and circadian clock--help us all.
My reality? Sugary foods make me feel bad, gain weight and spend $$$. I feel better when I consistently eat fresh garden veggies, eggs, fish and meat!
My outside interests are: tending to my avian & feline friends, gardening, visiting art galleries, and doing research.

Exercise Goal: 1/2+ hour daily: aerobic rebounding/walking
Sleep Goal: 8 hrs straight
Water Goal: 125 oz. water daily(or 1/2 my weight in oz)
