I am a lady that is going through the lovely "change" of life! I am trying to get healthy and save my joints by losing pounds. I have a condition that keeps me very sedentary, but I am trying to do what exercise that I can....considering I spend ALOT of time in bed.
My outside interests are my avian friends, gardening, visiting art galleries and doing research.
I gained weight when I started over eating potato, pasta, rice, sugar and bread. So, I chose my previously successful diet...Atkins. I came from cattle ranchers and farmers and this just seems like the most healthy way to eat! I love fresh garden veggies, eggs, fish and meat! So here I go!

Goal Weight 165 I lost 65 big ones!
Exercise Goal - 1/2 hour a day aerobic rebounding or 1 hr walking
Drink 96 oz. water a day

New Weight 250....back slid big time! Making another go at it.
