I am trying to regain my health and save my joints by losing pounds.
I gained weight when I started over eating potato, pasta, rice, sugar and bread. I've wreaked havoc on my body by working graveyard shifts and sleeping all day. My circadian clock is wacko.
Sugary foods make me feel bad, gain weight and spend $$$. In reality I've never felt better than when I was consistently eating fresh garden veggies, eggs, fish and meat!
My outside interests are my avian friends, gardening, visiting art galleries and doing research.

Goal Weight 165....I PREVIOUSLY lost 65 big ones!
Exercise Goal - 1/2+ hour daily: aerobic rebounding/walking
Sleep Goal- 8 hrs straight
Water Goal - 125 oz. water daily(or 1/2 my weight in oz)
