Well, I am not new to the weight loss game. I am hoping this will be the last time (and then maintain). A few years ago, the over 5(0) happened. Metabolism was never high, I had even been through some heavy duty testing in NYC at Mt. Sinai as part of a program with a dr. that worked on WW Points system. Outcome at age 34 was, I can eat 1200 calories to maintain 167 lbs. It's no wonder I got to over 300 lb after menopause, and eating what I felt like. Just fyi, don't believe the hype....cravings for sweets or carbs---NEVER goes away for me. Never was a real sweets person, but something happened a few years ago, I think I became a "sugar junkie". For now I am making small goals.
First goal met 2/2015 below 300.
Currently trying to achieve 250 (would really want it to be 160--baby steps)
