I got below 200! Now just to survive the weekend.
I have increased the intensity and length of my work-outs. AND YES, it is working
199.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
