performance: losing 4.5 lb a week
My weight loss journey started Aug. 15, 2013. That day I weighed in at 249.6. I panicked. And immediately joined to Atkins. My weight loss there was super slow, it took me 3 months to lose my first 11 lbs. Then for 3 more months I lost nothing. Around this time I found low carb, high fat by www.dietdoctor.com/lchf. And it was similar to Atkins so I blended the two.
On Jan. 30th I started intermittent fasting, and I lost right away 1.6 lbs. I was hooked. Most recently I started egg fasting. Mainly eat eggs, butter, and cheddar for four days. I'm close to passing into 100's.
It's taken me 9 months to lose 33.4 lbs. My weight loss journey is going to be a long one. I need patience, and persistence.
UPDATE 2/25/15 I'm now trying NO CARB, its tough I usually get low, low carbs. I'm pushing lots of protein, and the fat follows. I don't have to add the fat it usually keeps pace with protein. Lots of water.. its working. Exciting.

Wear size 12 jeans
160 lbs * lets hubs see me nude
Lose the pooch (belly)
Get into size 10 jeans
UPDATE: 10/26/2014: I quit all artificial sweeteners. That was tough. I do not fast with diet soda, or jello or popsicles as they contain sucralose or aspartame. I quit those Sept. 9th cold turkey. I was stuck at 213 for months. But since I quit those I am now 208.. I'm super excited. I'm getting close to breaking into One-derland. I am fasting still every Sunday but I also do 2 fat fast each month to help me get down.
