My weight loss journey started Aug. 15, 2013. That day I weighed in at 249.6. I panicked. And immediately joined to Atkins.
CHANGED GEARS- I just switched to a vegetarian diet all plant based with dairy. I just started this WOE on 4/14/2016. Its been four days and I have lost my first 2.5 lbs. I'm excited. I can't really report on this way of eating as I just started. I have a wedding to attend in 2017 and I want to lose 101 lbs. Initially when I started my WL journey I had 119 lbs to lose, now its 101.
I am back to re-losing some weight
