Hi, I'm Karen and I'm overweight. Right now I weigh 263 pounds. I have had diabetes for over 20 years and am trying to control it. I have recently lost 23 pounds by taking diabetes medications: Invokana and Victoza. I hope to lose more. I have been overweight a long time. I had bypass surgery and lost weight for about 5 years. But then I had a nervous breakdown and ate to feel better. (REALLY, REALLY dumb I know.) I gained most of the weight back. Now that I am 53 and have good medication to control my diabetes and nerves, I want to get serious about losing the weight again and live longer to see my 2 beautiful granddaughters grow up.

Can't believe I lost weight. Exercise was slow due to the weather. Now I am trying to get back on track and LOSE that weight. Good luck every one.
