Hello, everyone! Glad to check in with you. I hope you are all doing well. I didn't want to worry anyone, but the medical emergency was myself. The weigh in is from my last doctor's appointment, with all my clothes on but I did take off my shoes. ;) Thanks to all of you for praying for me and sending your positive thoughts. Well, that's about it. I can't stay too long here and cannot reply to all your journals, because I get tired. I hope and pray that I fully recover from this virus. Never give up your dream to get as healthy as you can. Yes, you can do this. Love, Deb

148.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb. Still to go: 12.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
