I am a 63 old Grandmother of 7 soon to be 8. Husband and I will be married for 40 years July 27, 2014. We have 4 children 1 son & 3 daughters. I retired February 2013 and in March of that year started taking care of twin baby grand daughters. I have done that for over a year. For many years I did customer service work and also before that for quite a few years was a licensed day care provider. I did that when my kids were very young. I started years ago thin and gradually gained weight with each child I had. The years I did day care I wore a lot of sweat pants and sweat shirts and did not look at myself in a mirror too much. When I turned 50 started to have health issues some due to weight and some due to genetics. Tried many diets and of course would yo-yo up and down. 10 days ago decided I was afraid I would not be able to spend time with my husband when he retires in 5 to 6 years. I mentioned previously I have a few health issues. Praying that with weight loss some of these issues will possibly go away with some meds no longer needed (I take 11 meds). I will be able to control with diet and exercise. Some genetic so have to live with that but a better way of eating and exercising will help. Hope to be on this earth to spend more time with our children and grand kids. Best of all to grow much older with my sweet adorable and loving husband.
