I am a recent college graduate who is now looking for the perfect job (or any job!) To help me lose weight, I will START drinking more water, eating healthy, and exercising.
Exercise Goal: 1 hour daily (at the least) or 6,000 to 10,000 steps daily
Calorie Goal: 1600 calories daily (with exercise) & 1312 calories daily (with little to no exercise)
