- Mix all ingredients, until they are well blended. Can be lumpy.
- Put 1/4 cup batter in a hot skillet, turning over when bubbles pop.
- Cook other side of pancake until golden.

Easy recipe. I added 2 scoops of whey protien powder. Thin pancakes but did the job.

flour is not permitted..use cottage 1/4 cup cottage cheese instead
