How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I don't get why so many people do it daily. Do you actually expect to lose weight every single day? That seems a little obsessive to me. I never expect to lose more than 2 pounds per week. I wouldn't be able to weigh myself every day without getting discouraged.

It says on your profile you are 119 pounds. That seems like a fine weight already, unless you are very short. How tall are you? k8yk could be right.

Does Green Tea help you lose weight?
All I know is it has powerful antioxidants. It helped my mom lose weight but only because she switched from drinking nothing but soda and juice to drinking nothing but water and green tea.
