Oat Pancakes

Easy to make pancakes that are great with maple syrup or applesauce.

  1. In large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sweetener (like Splenda), salt and baking powder.
  2. Combine the eggs, milk, oil and lemon juice; add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  4. Cook until second side is golden brown.

I love those pancakes. They are very filling. You can add different toppings to vary the taste. Fat free sour cream, honey, sugar free apple sause w/ cinnamon, yogurt - anything!!! My family loves them too.

They were better than the regular pancake mix I used to have. Excellent. My husband love them and he is not a pancake eater.
