Easy to make pancakes that are great with maple syrup or applesauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- In large bowl, combine the oats, flour, Splenda, salt and baking powder.
- Combine the eggs, milk, oil and lemon juice; add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
- Cook until second side is golden brown.

I love those pancakes. They are very filling. You can add different toppings to vary the taste. Fat free sour cream, honey, sugar free apple sause w/ cinnamon, yogurt - anything!!! My family loves them too.
