what does everyone think about having one of these pre-made juice smoothie drinks (naked brand)? the red machine flavor even has flax oil in it....

Soy Milk --- Yay or Nay?
Is organic soy milk allowed in Phase 1 of FF? It doesn't contain lactose, which ALG says milk is not allowed because it contains that sugar. Does anyone know...I am on vacation without the book.

Sausage??
thanks for answering...i feel like it is cheating too, but not really. i make sure i only get chicken or turkey sausage, and if the casing is pork (like most of them are) i just remove it before i cook/eat it. yay, i'm glad people agree haha...i would probably die without them.

Sausage??
pre-cooked sausage is like the EASIEST thing to whip up when i am starving. but is it okay for phase 1?? i dont get the highly processed supermarket type. i buy the trader joe's brand that lists all the ingredients...typically it is just chicken, turkey, some sort of seasoning like cilantro or basil, lemon juice, and an all natural pork casing. does anyone think this goes against the allowed foods for phase 1????
